Guest speaking arrangements are based on the CCS/Flow Model™. This model provides the client audience with ideas for how to liberate their individual creative potential, as well as provide simple skills for managing creative flow within teams and organizations.
What is the CCS/Flow Model™?
The CCS/Flow Model is a two-part method for releasing and managing creative potential within knowledge-based organizations.
CCS – Continuous Creative State
The CCS is designed to illustrate how habitual patterns of thought and unquestioned assumptions create numerous choke points to creativity and innovation. Clients will learn simple skills for how to begin to release oneself from these choke points and in doing so initiate/sustain the Continuous Creative State (CCS). Based on a scientific approach, listeners will learn why we think the way we do, how our neural net (brain) is flexible/adaptable to expanded ways of thinking and that we can create dramatically more effective mental model paradigms that continuously learn and embrace the “everything is possible” mantra.
Flow
Once creative and innovative thinking is released, it is critical to channel the momentum into practical applications. The Flow component showcases next-generation tools and skills that channel creative and innovative thinking in a structured and practical manner for increased levels of productivity and engagement.
